It's the little things, Allways.

I read somewhere that the human brain has an average of 80,000 thoughts in a day.             Here’s a thought, what if we could get a list of these thoughts in the mail the next day.
Moving on to my thought,
Why do you love them?

Is it the way they look at you or the way they talk to strangers? Or is it because of the way their palms feel warm when they are entwined with yours? Is it because of the way you feel when they are around or is it because of the way your gut fills with butterflies when you hear their voice? Is it because of how they care for you or hold your hand when you're at the crosswalks or is it because of how they make you laugh when you're falling apart? Is it because of how they pull you towards them or brush your hair gently with their fingers or is it because of how they whisper "i love you" in your ears in the middle of a conversation?

Why do you love them? Do you love them because of how they open the door for you or pull your cheeks in public without caring much about what others will think? Do you love them for the taste of the coffee they make or the way they hug you when you feel low? Do you love them because of how they make fun of the cellulite in your stomach or is it because of how they say sorry first after a fight?

Why do you love them?
Why do you want them?
For the little things, right?

It's the little things that pile up and give power to a strong emotion like love. It's the little things that make you crave them, care for them. It's always the little things. But these little things are sometimes so insignificant and 'invisible' that we don't even bother to take them into consideration. When we fall in love, we fall for these little things, and believe me or not, but they will tell you more about a person than any of those big materialistic things ever can, like their social media profiles, or the money in their bank account, how successful they are in their lives, nothing matters.

Because the big things didn't even count when it was the little things that made you fall for them in the first place.
